Gabriele Weinmann likes to be inspired by people and the environment around her. With her jewelry she tells stories and it is important to her that her jewellery be variable and inter- changeable. Jewellery is to beautify the wearer and to underline that person’s uniqueness. Beyond any short-lived trend, jewellry has to be current for any time, any place. She was born in 1956 in Neuenstadt, Germany on the Kocher. After taking the A-levels in 1976, she apprenticed as jeweler goldsmith in Pforzheim. She went on to study design at Pforzheim Polytechnic of Design, graduating in 1983. Topic of her diploma dissertation: “Moveable – Variable – Colorful”! A treatise based upon her own understanding of jewelry. Since 1992 Gabriele Weinmann is member of the German association VdU „Verband deutscher Unternehmerinnen“ , its parent organization is FCEM Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales. Since 2004 Gabriele is Board Member of  the VdU International Team VIT.
